Plastic & Rubber Magnet is a
kind of soft and elastic
magnet. It is compound of
rubber (NBR or CPE) and
ferrite power. It has the

Our Flexible magnetic sheeting is a
thermoplastic, permanent magnetic product with
high-intensity, multi-pole magnetic arrangement
designed to produce superior holding power on
most metallic surfaces. We offer standard
magnetization on the non-laminated side of the
flexible sheeting, and provide custom
magnetization upon request. Flexible magnetic
sheets are tough and durable, great for creating
removable signs to use on vehicles or other
metal surfaces. They are smooth, pliant,
non-porous, highly magnetic, and
weather-resistant.

adhesive (standard
adhesive and 3M
adhesive), and UV.
Temperature Effects
Magnetic properties
of flexible magnets
degrade linearly
with temperature in
the same way as
Ceramic magnets.
However, the
limiting factor for
flexible magnets are
the binder materials
used to render them
flexible: these
begin to flow at
temperatures of
about 250 F.

MAGNETIC PERFORMANCE
Most of Magnet brand flexible magnetic sheeting
is a isotropic grade of ferrite having an energy
product between 0.63 and 0.73 MGOe; flexible
magnetic sheeting with semi-anisotropic /
anisotropic grade of ferrite are available for
more specialized application, which provide
higher energy product demand upon request.
