Put the required metals (of
99.9% purity) composition (strictly
according to desired content percentages)
into inert gases, where they will be smelted
into alloy ingots using hi-frequency heating
or electric-arc heating, the alloy ingots
will go through solid solution treatment
under a certain temperature for a proper
period of time, and will be cooled to
achieve equality and uniformity, after
necessary ageing treatment, they will be
fragmentized and milled into stipulated
particle size to create the final powder
products, by mixing in with PPS or other
adding elements, the SmCo compound will be
produced.
